General Terms
In Summary:
Agree that you run or are involved with the running of a bookselling website/page
Treat other users of this site with respect and professionalism.
Know that you will be ejected and banned if you abuse this site or other people.

The information you have provided in your application is complete, correct and accurate.

You are, or are involved with, running an online bookselling website (A link to which you will have supplied in your application form).

You are authorised to represent the business details you have supplied to Us and are carrying out business legally.

You will not abuse this site by using explicit, defamatory or libelous language in the forums or other member only areas of this website or abuse other members or interested parties (namely public enquirers through The Directory) in any way.

Understand that site administrators have the right to terminate membership, a directory entry, or both if these terms aren't abided by or we have good reason to believe that you have, or are, falsifying a website, ratings or review/s, information or abusing the facilities provided by us.
In Summary:
Agree that you run or are involved with the running of the submitted website.
We accept payments by PayPal by Subscription, Western Union or UK issued cheque or postal order. Non UK members should use PayPal or Western Union
You have a seven day cooling off period for a full refund.
We do not accept listings for drop shipping or affiliate websites.
The details in any listing must be accurate, we can/will amend it.
eBay, Amazon Booksellers must maintain a feedback score above 95% to stay listed.

Inclusion in The Directory is set at the charges as laid out in Directory Listing page unless advised directly or differently by Us. If you default a payment or subscription fee, or claw back paid fees, your listing may or will be removed from the site and remain so until any outstanding fees are paid.

All fees are payable by PayPal on a subscription basis. This means that renewals and future payments are processed automatically and should you want continuous unbroken inclusion in the site you will need to take no further action, unless advised differently by PayPal or Us. We also accept Western Union or UK issued cheques or postal orders

The information you provide in your listing must be accurate, complete and not contain explicit, defamatory, or libelous content. Neither must it make false claims or promises.

You must be the person/persons with ownership of any site for which an entry is submitted and be running a law abiding business.

Affiliate powered or drop shipping websites where distribution of books is responsible by a third party are not suitable in The Directory and will be removed immediately. No refunds will be given.

We reserve the right to amend or alter any entry to ensure maximum available information is given to any interested parties. This may include adding an image, moving your entry/entries to a more suitable category or removing irrelevant non-bookselling site material contained within it.

Cancellation - After a listing has been accepted for inclusion in The Directory you or us are entitled to cancel your subscription within seven days for a full refund of any fees paid and the removal of your listing (excluding 14 day listings and then the period is 24 hours). You agree to notify Us by email first if this is your intention. After this time any listings will remain for the duration of the subscription you have paid for, unless you request it to be removed before that time. No fees will be refunded or are refundable after this seven day cooling off period.

All subscription cancellations must be done through your PayPal account (if that payment option was used) and/or by notifying Us by email.

You may submit your site to as many relevant categories as you wish, but understand that a fee is payable on a per entry basis. i.e. multiple categories means multiple fees.

eBay, Amazon and other 'third party' website users must have a feedback score of more than 95% positive to remain listed in the directory. If your feedback score should drop below that, we reserve the right to remove your entry in The Directory. This is to maintain a high quality independent bookseller directory.

Advise you, by email, of any changes to these terms and conditions or fees, with 14 days notice for the latter.

Not sell or pass your information to ANY third party websites, individuals or companies.

Respond to your queries and questions within 72 hours during weekdays.
