through Amazon since the end of October 2003, our stock is continually
growing and new titles are being added every day. We believe our book
prices are as competitive as possible and reflect the condition of the
books. Our zShop contains some titles that are not listed on Amazon's
marketplace, including a number of foreign language books. The postage
rates for the zShop remain the same as the standard Amazon rates.
Using Amazon's calculations for postage, packing and handling, we will
despatch to all destinations in the world. Where possible overseas
books are posted airmail. Occasionally books are too heavy for airmail
and are therefore sent surface mail. Provided we have been contacted by
e-mail with details of the reason for return, we offer a seven day
returns policy and full refund as long as we receive the book in the
condition in which it was originally despatched. On the rare occasion
that a book is lost by the Post Office, after investigation we will
offer a full refund.
