We've had books in the blood for over 70 years! Beginning with a small
bookstore in Northern Ontario (Pembroke, for those of you familiar with
Canadian geography)in the 1930's, this family-owned business has been
dealing with books through three generations.
Our Book Descriptions
We make every effort to describe our books as thoroughly as
possible and to upload as many images as we can.
We do this because when we purchase books we like to know exactly what
we're going to receive as we imagine you do as well.

What's in a Name?
Our bookstore is called Turtle Creek because a small stream by
that name flows right our home. And yes, the stream still has turtles
in it!
We're Not Just an Internet Company!
Please come visit our store in Port Credit, Mississauga's
Village on the Lake - we're located at 36 Lakeshore Road just east of
the Credit River at the corner of Lakeshore Road and Stavebank (4
blocks west of Highway 10 [Hurontario]) And there's plenty of FREE
parking beside our store in the municipal parking lot on the east side
of the building.
